What Exactly is Omega-3 Fish Oils?

Omega-3 Fish oils has caused quite a stir in the health community because of it’s amazing qualities to help reduce the chance of heart disease, improve your immunity system, and help reduce plaque that can build up overtime in your arteries.

However, how exactly does this happen and what is the science behind these claims so we know that we can trust them? Well, after doing some research, it was found that a primary cause of what Omega-3 fish oils contains is the acids EPA and DHA.
